Festival of Traditional Products – Tourism and Cruise

This is a special initiative that has been under taken by the Port Facility. Thus, the Festival of Traditional Products – Tourism and Cruises started for the first time in 2017 in August, during which for four days Katakolo “wore” his festivals and welcomed a variety of events related to the traditional products of Ilia, tourism and cruise.
The Traditional Product – Tourism and Cruise Festival is co-organized with the Region of Western Greece and the Chamber of Ilia and is under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism and the Greek Tourism Organization. This involves large producers of the Prefecture offering the best of the area from the primary sector that is abundant in Ilia, while the presence of large shipping companies – giants for the cruise sector is quite significant.
